Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and courier service. Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this information to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Swabhav is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Swabhav is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.
