Refund policy

At Swabhav, every product is thoughtfully made and carefully checked before dispatch. If something does not feel right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once the return request is approved, instructions for shipping the product back will be shared.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items purchased during sale or clearance, gift cards, and products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Swabhav is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return process.

Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are not offered. If you wish to purchase a different size or product, please place a new order after completing the return process.
